very very very very very very very very very very very very nice... it appears as if you are becoming the magnificent b*st*rd of color...tis true...accept your fate!!!
This piece is really cool. I love the style but what I especially love is that pink color amongst all the sepia. How are you rendering these? Are they painted traditionally or digitally? It looks traditional...goauche maybe?
Thanks for commenting on my blog...:) I think commercial work doesn't really have the potential to fully satisfy. Personal work is the only way to fully live.
I also wanted to tell you we LOVE your book! Our friend Ted picked it up for us at Comic Con. It's seriously awesome!!! SERIOUSLY!!!
When your coloring, are you using photo shop are is this done with pastels. Reason is I am trying to color more of my own stuff in photo shop and maybe I just still new to the programm but my colors always come out looking dirty and dead. hears a what I mean. http:www.kevinmcleod1975.blogspot.com
Thanks soooooooo much for all the kind comments! I have a horrible response time, I admit.
These color pieces were done with a pencil sketch scanned into, and colored with Photoshop 6. I'm just now trying to upgrade to version 7, with a littlle help from a friend :)
